How a Community Conversation Turned Into Building Technology for Tamil Nadu's Largest Founder Network
Some partnerships begin with a contract. Ours began with a conversation.
The Beginning
A year ago, Sivakami Uma Muthukumar hosted a storytelling workshop. Like most events, we joined without expectations.
What started as a simple workshop eventually led to conversations with members of one of Tamil Nadu's most influential founder communities.
For over two years, we had closely followed Entrepreneurs of Madras and the incredible work they were doing to support founders, operators, and businesses across Tamil Nadu.
What we didn't know then was that a casual conversation would eventually turn into a long-term technology partnership.
The Founder-Led Opportunity
During one of our discussions with Rohini Subramanian, we learned that the community was exploring the possibility of building technology products for its members.
Most founder communities focus on events, networking, and introductions. Very few attempt to solve ecosystem problems through software. As product builders, that was exciting.
At the time, we simply volunteered to test the platform once it was ready. Months later, we received an early version.
Honest Feedback Changed Everything
When we first tested the product, we saw potential. But we also saw opportunities to improve. Like any early-stage product, there were areas where the user experience, workflows, and positioning could be stronger.
We shared our thoughts openly. Instead of becoming defensive, the team listened. They asked questions. They challenged assumptions. They explored possibilities.
Most importantly, they focused on one question: how do we make this significantly better?
That mindset ultimately led to a deeper collaboration.
Why We Said Yes
At Lime Green Studio, we have a simple principle. We do not bet on ideas. We bet on founders.
Ideas change. Markets evolve. Features come and go. Strong founders continue executing.
The Entrepreneurs of Madras leadership team had already demonstrated their ability to build one of the strongest founder communities in Tamil Nadu. The opportunity to help them build products that could further strengthen the ecosystem was something we wanted to be part of.
Building GetSuperMatched
What started as discussions on a whiteboard quickly evolved into a complete product development process. The goal was ambitious: build a platform that could connect students seeking opportunities, developers looking for projects, MSMEs searching for talent, and founders looking for execution partners.
The challenge was not simply building another job board. The challenge was creating meaningful matches.
From Concept to Product
Over six weeks, the platform evolved from an idea into a production-ready application. The process included:
- Product strategy
- User research
- Wireframing
- User experience design
- Figma design systems
- Interactive prototyping
- Full-stack development
- Testing and deployment
The result was the launch of GetSuperMatched on Valentine's Day 2026, a fitting launch date for a platform built around matching the right people with the right opportunities.
The Technology Stack
The platform was built using a modern web application architecture designed for scalability and performance. Core technologies included:
- Next.js
- Node.js
- Responsive web architecture
- Custom matching systems
- Automation workflows
- Analytics infrastructure
Special attention was given to simplifying the user experience for business owners who may not be highly technical.
Designing a Better Matching Experience
Matching platforms often fail because they create too much complexity. Too many filters. Too many forms. Too many steps.
For GetSuperMatched, the focus was simplicity. Business owners needed to quickly discover talent. Students needed to easily showcase their skills. The entire experience was designed around reducing effort while improving match quality.
Beyond GetSuperMatched
What started as a single project gradually evolved into a broader collaboration with Entrepreneurs of Madras.
Managing founder communities at scale requires much more than WhatsApp groups and spreadsheets. To support this growth, we partnered with the community on multiple initiatives:
Community Management Systems to streamline community operations and improve visibility across programs.
AI-Powered Admin Panels with custom dashboards and administrative workflows to reduce manual effort.
WhatsApp Automation to simplify communication workflows and improve consistency and responsiveness.
Email Automation Systems to support community updates, event communication, founder engagement, and follow-up workflows.
Landing Pages and Conversion Systems designed to turn visitors into leads, and leads into active community members.
The Impact
The combined effect of automation, operational tooling, and improved digital experiences helped create measurable improvements in community operations. Processes that previously required significant manual effort became streamlined and scalable.

Final Thoughts
The most impactful projects often begin in unexpected ways. A workshop. A conversation. An honest piece of feedback. A shared belief in building something meaningful.
For us, Entrepreneurs of Madras represents more than a client relationship. It represents a partnership with a community that continues to create opportunities for founders, students, operators, and businesses across Tamil Nadu.
And if there is one lesson we have learned through this journey, it is this: communities grow through people. Technology simply helps them grow faster.
